eBay Store or Auction Traffic Techniques ExplainedTake the proper steps to avoid phishing scams. A phishing scam is a fake email, website or communication aimed at stealing your Paypal or eBay account passwords and information. These traffic methods and techniques will generate some attention from phishing scammers. Just follow a few simple rules and you will not have any problem dealing with them. I only receive a few of these scam emails, in a months time I might get about 3 or 4. The only thing you really have to do to stay safe, is never, I mean never reply to or click a link from your personal email account. Log into eBay or Paypal to respond to any customers questions or other site related tasks. Bookmark your login page or type in the address. Never use a link someone else sent or displayed to log in. If you want to help slow down phishing scams, you can report these emails to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com.
Now, to generate more ebay auction or store traffic
put links everywhere you can.
Setup links on any Websites you have,
use Myspace pages, Facebook pages or any other
sites you can place links to your store or auction items.
If you have a store you will have a nice permanent
url to link to. If you are an auction seller like I am
you will have to link to your items for sale page.
You do not have to use the entire messy url to do this.
Building websites related to your auctions or starting a blog can be a great resource for traffic. I built a free one page site on blinkweb.com , it is an ad for my lottery software and it gets search visits from yahoo all for free.

Forums and Blogs There are a lot more traffic methods out there. I will be post more articles on eBay traffic soon.
